Meeting Notes - 1 July 2014
Valerie and Steve are new to Chiang Mai and stopped by to have a look.
Drones Over America
We aren’t talking killer drones or even spying drones, we’re just talking about incredibly useful they can be. The American TV magazine program “60 Minutes” ran a piece showing what they

Wearables
Wearables or smart watches are big news these days. Samsung rushed a couple models to market to join the early birds like Pebble and FitBit. There is a lot of anticipation that Apple will release some kind of iWatch in the fall. In it’s just completed developers conference, Google previewed a whole new line of possible devices it’s calling Android Wear. Here is a video. Keep in mind this is aimed at developers, thus the language is a little techie.

Whether these devices will catch on is anybody's guess right now. It looks like Apple is aiming at the health and fitness crowd while Android Wear is aimed at "just in time" information to help you through your day.
Spendthrifts
