Hooking my router to my VPN

I have a Asus DSL_U55N C1 router and I use ExpressVPN. I can't get the router to use the VPN. I think I need to flash the router?????? Anyone know anything about this?

What leads you to believe you have to flash the router? If you do this, you need to know what you're doing, because if something goes wrong, it can mess up the router big time. I've done this only once myself and it wasn't difficult, but it was necessary to follow the instructions carefully. Do you have instructions for flashing your router?

The first thing to determine is if, indeed, flashing the router is what is called for. Secondly follow those instructions exactly.
