Need help finding someone who knows WordPress and Shopify.

Where would one look for a qualified IT person here in Chiang Mai, who spoke some English, and was looking for a job working with a mix of computer programs and social media forums like these? WordPress, Shopify, Adobe, Facebook, Instagram, and Line.

There is a group called Bar Camp Chiang Mai where people are heavily into coding and such. They usually meet on Wednesdays every two weeks. They are meeting tonight. You can find out where and when by checking the link to their Goggle Group. I imagine they are on Facebook as well.
