Meeting Agenda: 26 July 2016

This week is "Show and Tell". Bring in a tech gadget to show off, or tell us about your favorite app or website. Grant will demo Virtual Box, a PC app that permits you to set aside an area on your system to use to install another operating system with that you can easily switch into from your primary OS. It also is a way of creating a virtual environment, which isolates itself from your main OS and its apps and files. This is great for testing or creating an environment that if compromised by a virus or malware can just be deleted without it effecting the rest of your system.
