Celebrating the Mac - 30 Great Years

The Mac is 30 years old. Remember when we couldn't trust anyone over 30? Now Apple has put out a tribute, by sending photo crews all over the world to document how it is being used. The other thing of interest is that all the footage was shot with an iPhone 5S.

In addition to the video itself, be sure to check out the "behind the scenes" video. It is quite instructive. Of course, none of us has the kind of support equipment that is portrayed in the video, but neither would we have to produce such a video in a single day and complete the entire production in 36 hours. There are, nevertheless simple, inexpensive tools like tripods and clingy type devices such as the Joby Gorillapod, http://joby.com/gorillapod that can provide surprisingly good results.

We don't want to loose sight of the fact that it was all shot with an iPhone 5S. Enjoy.
