Happy birthday to the MacBook Air. I have had one of these since mid 2011 and it's still running great, though it could probably use a new battery. Mine has a 128 GB SSD and a nice 13.3" screen. It's a little dated by today's standards, but it's still fully functional. I prefer it to the newer MacBook and the MacBook Pro. Neither of those have a descent keyboard in my view and that is a crucial element in any laptop/notebook.

A tribute to the MacBook Air: The MacBook Air, introduced by Steve Jobs at Macworld San Francisco in January, 2008, was limited in capability and outrageously expensive. We loved it.

On this 10th anniversary, I have some reminiscences.
